We take a look at five celebrities who have been body-shamed.

A celebrity is seen as someone who should be classified as a role model and as such should, most times look like the total package.
Not being able to look like what fans and admirers want has resulted in a lot of these celebrities being body shamed and sometimes publicly humiliated. The not so strong celebrities have in some cases broken down because of the unpleasant words these body shamers use.
We take a look at five celebrities who have been body shamed.
1. Uriel

Uriel was a contestant at the last edition of the Big Brother Naija reality television show. She came out of the show with a lot of popularity because of her impressive character. However, she is the latest celebrity to be facing the horrible body-shaming attitude of the public. A picture of her at an event went viral recently and a lot of people called her out over the firm nature of her boobs.
Uriel in her usual strong spirit was able to brush away these slanders as she shared a video online where she said she was proud of her saggy boobs and was also proud of what she has been able to achieve with her brains rather than body.
2. Uche Jumbo

Movie goddess, Uche Jumbo has had her own fair share of body-shaming. The beautiful actress after giving birth to her baby boy in March 2015 got a lot of her fans talking as they started calling her fat.
An obviously furious Uche went on to call the blunts of those fans by posting a message on her Instagram page where she expressed how she has tried to keep fit despite just putting to bed. She, however, warned those who weren't interested in seeing her pictures to do her a favor by unfollowing her social media account.
3. Toolz Oniru
The beautiful On-Air personality, Toolz has been on the receiving end of body shamers for a long time. One of such incidents dates back to October 2016 when she posted a picture of herself on her Instagram account, it didn't take long before some fan wrote that she 'photoshopped' the picture to make her look fit.
Trust Toolz who is never interested in responding to those messages as she brushed it aside in her usual manner and moved on.
4. Tiwa Savage

Tiwa Savage's own case was not so far from that of the others on this list. In her case, she was body-shamed by fans on her social media account back in 2016 for her skin. They felt her skin didn't match with the outfit she was wearing to an outfit.
Tiwa Savage who wasn't going to be taking any bants replied the fans that she would probably start using a skin lightening cream so as to please them.
5. TBoss

TBoss also got her own fair share of body-shaming. This time it was the former media aide of President Goodluck Jonathan, Reuben Abati. Reuben Abati had slammed the former Big Brother Naija contestant over the incidents that took place back in the BBN house.
He had blasted TBoss for showing a few her boobs while in the house, describing it as "Fluffy looking, South African looking, slightly bigger than mangoes breast." However, a lot of fans came to the rescue of TBoss as they blasted Reuben for making such remarks.
